Old Is The New Young

As we age, muscle mass begins to decrease. Muscle is an important component to keeping our bones healthy.  Without healthy bones, we lose our mobility and ultimately our independence.

Exercise has many benefits for all ages, but for seniors, there are additional benefits.  Exercising regularly contributes to a healthier heart, improved flexibility, and stronger bones.  It also lowers the chance of injury.

The trainers at Pre to Post Fitness specialize in working with seniors to help get healthier and stronger.  We work with you at your pace, and at the same time, help you gain flexibility, strength, endurance, and balance.
